RELEX Supply Chain Planning Consultant/Senior Consultant Overview

At Capgemini Invent, we are seeking an experienced RELEX Supply Chain Planning Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team. This role involves supporting and delivering end-to-end transformation engagements, utilizing your expertise in supply chain and the Relex platform. You will help clients design, implement, and optimize planning solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across various supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in sales and business development by shaping solution designs that align Relex capabilities with client needs.
• Contribute to responses for RFPs/RFIs, conduct demos, and participate in commercial discussions.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders in Supply Chain and IT.
• Lead workstreams during Relex implementation and optimization projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure and support the deployment of Relex modules, including demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
• Facilitate integration with upstream and downstream systems such as ERP and data platforms.
• Support testing, cutover, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure quality delivery by managing risks, issues, and timelines.
• Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and updates on progress.
• Collaborate closely with program leadership to ensure alignment of solution delivery with business outcomes.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready outputs.
• Work collaboratively with consulting, data, and engineering teams.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Contribute to the development of Relex capabilities, assets, and best practices.
• Support proposition development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop reusable accelerators, methodologies, and points of view.
• Participate in internal initiatives including recruitment, training, and thought leadership.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in delivering RELEX implementation projects, strong knowledge of RELEX software modules, and the ability to bridge business requirements with system configuration. You should have a good understanding of supply chain domains and excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
