In the role of a full-cycle recruiter, you will be instrumental in scaling and enhancing the EMEA Figmate population as we embark on an exciting new phase. Your responsibilities will include creating exceptional candidate experiences, managing the entire hiring process, and developing a pipeline of top talent. You will have the opportunity to lead key initiatives and inspire transformative changes within our international recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruiting process for the Business and Go-to-Market teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives globally, focusing primarily on the EMEA region.
• Source and develop a diverse pipeline of candidates while effectively handling incoming applications.
• Utilize data to inform hiring strategies and share insights with partners to drive impactful changes.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various methods such as outreach, events, and content creation.
• Promote Figma’s core values in all aspects of work.
• Identify opportunities for business improvements that enhance the overall hiring strategy.
• Lead initiatives that foster belonging, equity, and inclusion within the company.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a rapidly growing organization that operates across the EMEA region, with experience working with VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and the tech landscape, including knowledge of key competitors and market trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages based on the audience.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate top talent, demonstrating a history of generating excitement for new job opportunities.
• A strategic mindset towards developing hiring strategies, including sourcing, attracting diverse talent, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in French, either as a native speaker or at a high proficiency level.
