As the Commercial Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth in an underserved market.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our tenant referencing product, taking it to market, and managing commercial operations as our customer base expands. You will be responsible for acquiring new business and retaining existing clients, while also focusing on improving unit economics through automation and AI. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

To be successful in this position, you should have approximately 5-10 years of experience in a high-growth scale-up or consulting background, with a proven track record of managing commercial responsibilities from start to finish. You should be comfortable with data analysis and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating ownership and initiative in your work.

We offer a competitive salary between £90,000 and £110,000, along with bonuses and equity options. Our benefits package includes 26 days of annual leave (increasing to 30 with tenure), private healthcare, enhanced parental leave, and a work-from-home allowance.
