The Point72 Academy 2026 Investment Analyst Program for Experienced Professionals is a ten-month paid training initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of discretionary investment professionals. This program is designed to immerse participants in the buy-side investment landscape and prepare them for potential careers as Fundamental Equities Financial Analysts at Point72.

Throughout the program, participants will:

• Learn essential research and analysis skills, fostering intellectual curiosity in a role that values creativity and analytical rigor.
• Develop advanced company analysis and financial modeling skills under the guidance of experienced faculty and investment professionals.
• Engage in comprehensive training covering statistics, accounting, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Complete a compliance training curriculum to ensure readiness for an analyst role.
• Rotate with two investing teams, applying learned skills to real-world situations and gaining valuable mentorship.

Upon successful completion of the Academy, graduates will have the opportunity to interview for an equity research analyst position, where they will work closely with portfolio managers to analyze companies across various industries. Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Conducting fundamental research and developing sophisticated financial models to understand business dynamics.
• Engaging with industry events and sell-side analysts to gather insights.
• Continuously enhancing skills through coaching and utilizing professional development resources.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
