As the Partner Upskilling Lead for YouTube and Creatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the education and enablement of agencies and partners within the Google ecosystem. Your primary focus will be to define and execute a strategic learning roadmap that addresses skill gaps and enhances the capabilities of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a key product area, identifying gaps in partner, product, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with regional partner delivery managers to provide training and oversee the certification process, ensuring a consistent supply of independent, product-ready agencies and partners.
- Work closely with various teams, including gTech Ads, Product, Marketing, and Sales, to create and launch service package bundles aligned with annual objectives.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to foster trust, manage expectations, and enhance demand for services.
- Lead projects that promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture while supporting large-scale internal operations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in working with global agency ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Google Ads products and media services.
- Proven ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse cultural environments.
- Strong communication, people management, and presentation skills, with the capability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills to address ambiguous challenges.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and execution skills.
