The Partner Solution Architect role focuses on collaborating with Regional System Integrators and strategic partners across EMEA to enhance their technical capabilities and drive successful business outcomes. In this position, you will be pivotal in understanding customer needs and shaping how businesses leverage technology to connect with their stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate VIP bootcamps and hackathons for partners to expedite business processes and ensure timely delivery, leading to successful consumption paths.
- Provide specialized pre-sales architectural assistance to Regional System Integrators (RSIs) and strategic partners in the South, acting as a technical counterpart to Account Customer Engineers to resolve complex agreements or tailor partner activations.
- Oversee the technical review and validation of high-impact Statements of Work (SOWs) to guarantee a clear route to production and secure Partner funding Return on Investment (ROI).
- Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by creating baseline enterprise replicable assets, such as functional AI demonstrations.
- Conduct in-depth technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community to enhance enablement on a large scale.
- Contribute to the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the EMEA Partner Tech Community.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing or support role.
- Proficiency in public cloud architecture, covering compute, networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and microservices.
- Experience in pre-sales acceleration, managing technical proof of concepts (PoCs), and leading technical workshops.
