As a Partner Manager for the DACH region at Algolia, you will play a crucial role in executing our partner strategy, primarily focusing on Germany, while also engaging with partners in Austria and Switzerland. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse portfolio of partners, including consulting firms, systems integrators, and technology partners, to integrate Algolia into their solutions.

Your role will involve developing and executing a partner strategy that builds on seven years of established relationships in the region. You will identify and onboard new partners, particularly those creating AI-driven solutions, and work collaboratively with them to shape innovative offerings that leverage Algolia’s capabilities.

To succeed in this position, you should have 7 to 10 years of experience in a senior partner role, with a strong technical background and familiarity with the cloud and systems integration landscape. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as is a proven track record in developing regional partner strategies.
