Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the partner enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the Partnerships team and the broader go-to-market (GTM) organization.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new resellers, adapting existing programs to facilitate their quick integration into the Braze ecosystem.
- Ensure resellers are included in ongoing training programs, covering product updates, sales methodologies, and campaign launches.
- Create and maintain the Reseller Enablement Playbook, detailing how partners can effectively sell and service Braze products.
- Collaborate with the Channel team to enhance reseller activation in various markets, including Eastern Europe, Spain, LATAM, and APAC, tailoring enablement resources to regional needs.
- Develop and monitor metrics related to enablement, such as adoption rates and partner-sourced pipeline contributions, to refine program effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for partner enablement across all non-delivery partner types, ensuring a cohesive strategy.
- Work with GTM Enablement, Sales, and Partnerships leadership to integrate partner engagement rules into daily operations for Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Solution Consultants.
- Design enablement programs that educate the GTM organization on co-selling with technology partners and leveraging marketplace channels.
- Establish a regular communication rhythm with Partnerships and GTM leaders to identify enablement needs and assess program impact.
- Audit and synthesize partner enablement initiatives across various pillars, prioritizing efforts to maximize field impact.
- Collaborate with GTM Enablement to incorporate partner content into core training programs.
- Create and manage enablement materials, including training modules and engagement guides, in partnership with relevant teams.
- Ensure that partner enablement resources are current and easily accessible through platforms like Seismic.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Channel Management, or related GTM roles, with at least 3 years focused on partner or channel ecosystems.
- In-depth knowledge of channel and technology partner ecosystems, including co-selling strategies and reseller economics.
- Demonstrated success in developing partner-facing and field-facing enablement programs, including playbooks and onboarding curricula.
- Strong analytical skills to connect various workstreams and translate complex information into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and aligning senior leaders across multiple departments.
- Experience in driving organizational change and ensuring field teams adopt new behaviors effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and utilize metrics to enhance programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS), with a preference for Seismic experience.
