This position requires a commitment of 32 hours per week and is based in Stockport. As an Operations Supervisor in Quick Commerce at Amazon, you will play a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly, enabling timely processing and dispatch of items to customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include measuring and monitoring workflows, tracking performance on-site, and providing essential shift information to frontline management to uphold operational excellence. You will also support and train employees to deliver exceptional service while supervising their daily tasks.

In collaboration with the Shift/Area Manager, you will engage in projects aimed at improving processes, promoting a safe working environment, and enhancing workforce engagement. Additionally, you will work with various departments to find solutions to common issues and utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing safety, quality, and productivity.

As part of the Quick Commerce team, you will be involved in delivering ultra-fast convenience through a network of small warehouses located in city centers, partnering with last-mile delivery providers to ensure products reach customers in 30 minutes or less. Our operations focus on a people-first approach, with teams working across morning and afternoon shifts to serve customers seven days a week.

To qualify for this role, you should have experience with the Microsoft Office suite and possess advanced proficiency in the local language. Relevant experience in data analytics is also required. While preferred qualifications are not mandatory, experience in stakeholder management and operational environments such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
