Description:

A rapidly growing operations and consulting B2B company in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated individual to support business processes across multiple departments. This traineeship opportunity provides exposure to operational planning, project coordination, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will gain broad exposure to different business functions, learning how each department works together to support the overall success of the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operational planning and coordination across multiple departments of the business.
• Analyze operational performance, prepare reports, and assist with process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, projects, and operational updates.
• Assist with project management activities and maintain operational documentation.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Interest or experience in business functions, development and operations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and maintain accuracy.
