Join Capgemini Invent as a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in the Energy Transition & Utilities practice, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the delivery of major advisory, consulting, and transformation services across the energy sector. Our clients span various sub-sectors, including Energy Networks, Energy Retail, Energy Central Markets, Water, and Nuclear, and we are experiencing significant growth driven by increased investment in the sector.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in GB energy market systems and regulation to lead complex technical and regulatory changes across organizations and industry participants. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and assessment of technical changes to energy industry central systems.
• Overseeing the implementation of industry changes from a central code body perspective, coordinating with affected parties.
• Providing trusted advice to senior clients and stakeholders on technical aspects of the regulatory framework.
• Translating policy and regulatory developments into practical solutions for industry challenges.
• Engaging with industry parties and senior stakeholders through training and support initiatives.
• Shaping strategies to improve energy consumer outcomes and system performance.
• Driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Managing complex workstreams and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accountability for quality and delivery.
• Contributing to broader initiatives within the Energy Transition & Utilities sector.

Your profile should include a strong understanding of GB Energy Market regulation, experience in energy system operations, and a background in working with organizations across the regulated energy system. You should also possess leadership and management consulting skills, with the ability to lead complex technical changes and build trusted relationships with senior clients.
