Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding our most intricate agile projects, collaborating with a diverse team of developers, designers, and engineers to create innovative products that deliver significant value to users and clients alike. You will work across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that our offerings align with business goals and are commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex agile projects and programs, often involving multiple teams and disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with in-house teams of developers, designers, and testing engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from hypothesis and execution to growth and optimization.
• Ensure that products align with business objectives, deliver user value, and maintain a strong commercial viability.
• Work with designers, engineers, strategists, and senior client stakeholders to define product and service strategies, clarify priorities, and validate hypotheses.
• Engage in commercial activities, including pitching and business development.
• Define practice strategies, enhance capabilities, and mentor colleagues to support their professional growth.
• Integrate AI tools into daily practices and advocate for their use within the team.

• Demonstrated passion for creating top-tier digital products and services.
• Proven track record of planning and delivering successful end-to-end products and services with measurable results.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Adopt a ‘test and learn’ mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing stakeholder priorities.
• Experience using AI tools and technologies in product management and promoting AI-enabled practices.
• History of building and deploying AI-powered products or capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Broad experience across the full product/service lifecycle, preferably in the Commerce domain.
• Experience leading teams in large-scale, ambiguous, or challenging environments.
• Ability to mentor and manage other Product Managers.
