As a Cloud Programme Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will be at the forefront of leading intricate cloud and infrastructure transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. Your role encompasses everything from strategic planning and business case formulation to the actual delivery and realization of benefits. You will be responsible for steering multi-workstream projects that include cloud migrations, data center transformations, and platform modernization across various cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading complex cloud transformation programs, ensuring effective governance through business case management, roadmap development, and executive reporting.
- Defining and tracking program benefits, collaborating with client stakeholders to translate technical changes into tangible business value.
- Managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, while also overseeing relationships with clients and third-party vendors.
- Utilizing AI and GenAI tools to enhance program delivery and focusing on AI and data workload modernization.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in managing medium to large cloud and infrastructure programs, ideally within a consulting context. Experience in delivering cloud migration projects using AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, along with familiarity in areas such as DevOps and platform engineering. Strong program governance skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders are crucial for success.
