We are currently seeking an experienced senior leader to join our Energy Transition & Utilities practice, which is experiencing significant growth.
In this role, you will be part of a talented team focused on providing major advisory, consulting, and transformation services across various sectors, including Energy Networks, Energy Retail, Energy Central Markets, Water, and Nuclear. Your expertise will help us expand our position in the market and meet the increasing demand for our services.
Your Role
As a Manager or Senior Manager within our Nuclear team, you will:
- Lead high-profile nuclear energy projects that contribute to a sustainable energy future.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of experts in civil engineering, digital and data, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with clients at all levels, leading delivery teams to improve project execution and operational performance.
- Shape strategy and drive growth for our nuclear business.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Coach and develop junior team members, modeling our values and behaviors.
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the civil nuclear sector, including engineering, construction, operations, commissioning, and decommissioning.
- Excellent consulting skills, with a background in a major consulting firm or relevant industry experience.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to leverage networks for revenue growth.
- Proven ability to drive improvement initiatives across the civil nuclear lifecycle.
- Experience in a matrixed organization, successfully gaining support for consulting solutions.
