Guidewire Integration Lead London Market Insurance Overview

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Integration Lead to join our team, focusing on the London Market Insurance sector. This role requires over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale integration solutions within the Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem, specifically PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Your Role

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across Guidewire.
• Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices for Guidewire implementations.
• Design and develop integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework, Web Services, Messaging Framework, and Plugins.
• Drive API-led integration strategies leveraging REST and SOAP services.
• Create event-driven and asynchronous integration solutions using Guidewire messaging capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and engineering teams.
• Review solution designs, ensuring code quality, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Support Guidewire Cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
• Establish CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and deployment best practices for integration solutions.
• Engage in architecture reviews, technical governance, estimation activities, and client-facing engagements.

Your Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Proven track record in the London Market Insurance domain, particularly in complex integrations across various insurance functions.
• Deep understanding of the Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Expertise in GOSU Programming, Plugin Development, Messaging Framework, and Event-Based Integrations.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Service-Oriented Architectures.
• Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms.
