The Role

We are seeking a seasoned product leader who is passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. In this role, you will lead our most complex and ambiguous agile projects, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality products that unlock value for users and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex agile projects and programs, often involving multiple teams and disciplines.
• Collaborate with in-house teams of developers, designers, and testing engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from hypothesis and execution to growth and optimization.
• Ensure that products align with business objectives, deliver user value, and have a strong commercial viability.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, strategists, and senior client stakeholders to define product and service strategies.
• Clarify project priorities, validate hypotheses, and establish measures of success for successful implementation.
• Guide and mentor other Product Managers and delivery teams in complex projects.
• Engage in commercial activities, including pitching, proposals, and business development.
• Define practice strategy, enhance capabilities, and coach colleagues for their professional growth.
• Champion the integration of AI tools in product management practices and assist in designing AI-powered products.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional digital products and services.
• Proven track record of planning and delivering successful end-to-end products and services with measurable results.
• Experience working with and influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Possess a ‘test and learn’ mentality and a commitment to continuous skill improvement.
• Skilled in balancing competing priorities from senior stakeholders to drive projects forward.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting focus between broader strategic goals and specific workstreams.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and technologies in product management and advocating for AI-enhanced workflows.
• Background in building and deploying AI-powered products or capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A breadth and depth of experience across the full product/service lifecycle, preferably in the Commerce domain.
• Experience selling work or gaining investment for product ideas.
• Experience leading teams in large scale, ambiguous, or otherwise challenging environments.
• Experience coaching and transforming underperforming teams into high-performing agile teams.
• Ability to zoom out, see the bigger picture, and breakdown silos.
• Experience mentoring or line managing other Product Managers.
