We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI systems at an enterprise scale. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between AI prototypes and the integration of data and AI solutions into business operations. The successful candidate will ensure that AI solutions are scaled responsibly and effectively, transitioning from development to live deployment while maximizing business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML systems, managing everything from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
- Utilize the latest Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Translate AI use case requirements into effective data and AI architectures using suitable cloud services.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex project requirements successfully.
- Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and orchestration of large language models across cloud platforms.
- Embed ethical considerations and safety mechanisms throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions drive business value.
- Engage in business development by creating client-ready demos and supporting proposals.
- Contribute to internal initiatives by developing reusable assets and frameworks.
- Participate in thought leadership and knowledge sharing on emerging AI engineering topics.
Qualifications
- Experience in a major consulting firm or industry, with a consulting mindset and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical client sponsors to design and implement solutions.
- Experience in developing MLOps strategies and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Experience in designing cloud-native architectures using Azure, GCP, AWS, or Databricks.
- Ability to demonstrate how scaling AI can unlock business value.
- Technical expertise in deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and containerization technologies.
