IT solutions Engineer Overview

As an IT Solutions Engineer at Arm, you will be the primary technical expert for communication, collaboration, and workplace tools. Your role will involve enhancing the experience of your colleagues by understanding their workflows, researching industry trends, and identifying new technologies to implement in partnership with others. You will be expected to work from the Cambridge office at least two days a week to collaborate effectively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for various communication and collaboration tools.
• Improve user experience by understanding workflows and researching industry trends.
• Identify and implement new technologies in collaboration with partners.
• Manage a wide range of services including Zoom, Meeting Rooms, Slack, Microsoft tools, Telephony, Printers, Google services, Internal Events, Visitor Management, Desk Booking, and Digital Signage.
• Test and onboard new tools while integrating existing ones.
• Collaborate on office design projects and develop applications.
• Analyze adoption data and provide support to colleagues.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of all Zoom features, including AI, integrations, apps, and agents.
• Technical expertise with audio-visual equipment to improve uptime.
• Experience in developing Slack applications and integrating APIs.
• Practical experience with the Microsoft ecosystem for integration and automation.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, technical teams, and suppliers on projects.
