The Integration Engineer role within Google Cloud’s Enterprise Services team is a pivotal position that focuses on deploying advanced accelerated computing systems for global enterprises. This role involves architecting and implementing large-scale infrastructure across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
As an Integration Engineer, you will engage directly with some of Googleâs most strategic customers, providing consulting, program management, and technical expertise to transform their business through infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with client executives and key technical leaders to implement solutions on the Google Cloud Platform and work closely with Google partners to deliver joint consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to effectively manage and deliver cloud solution implementations, establishing trust with decision-makers throughout the process.
- Design solution architectures and oversee the deployment of cloud-based distributed virtualized infrastructure solutions tailored to complex customer needs and best practices.
- Work alongside internal specialists, product teams, and engineering to compile methodologies, best practices, and insights into thought leadership and published resources.
- Engage with sales teams, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to oversee project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
- Travel approximately 30% of the time to customer sites and facilities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in delivering technical solutions and managing projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including technologies like GPUs, GKE, EKS, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow.
- Proficiency in delivering production-grade Python code and experience with Bash scripting.
