Insights Consultant Overview

As an Insights Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring they derive maximum value from their insights programs. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their business objectives.

You will be responsible for regular communication with client teams through email, phone, and occasional in-person meetings to understand their needs and align on service expectations. Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams, you will quickly identify and resolve any issues related to service delivery or editorial quality.

Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams across Cision to ensure clients receive a seamless experience. You will support client renewals by managing account information and contributing to proposals and contract documentation, while identifying opportunities for account growth through renewals and upselling.

To excel in this position, you will need a strong understanding of Cision Insights delivery processes and will support client projects through research, writing, editing, and quality checks. You will also assist with ad-hoc client requests and help resolve any delivery challenges as they arise.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Desirable experience in PR, communications, journalism, or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
