We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista / Duty Manager to lead our café team and oversee daily operations. This hands-on role combines exceptional coffee-making skills with team leadership, customer service, and shift management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Lead, train, and support café staff during shifts.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle stock control, ordering, and cash management.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and workplace compliance standards.
- Resolve customer enquiries and support smooth venue operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a senior or head barista.
- Previous supervisory or duty management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- RSA certification preferred.
