Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, tracking, and coordination of architecture demand across various projects and products.
• Create, maintain, and ensure the quality of architecture documentation, keeping records, standards, decisions, and reference materials accurate and up to date.
• Manage architecture information and artifacts within TeamSite, ensuring that documents are organized, accessible, and compliant with governance requirements.
• Support architecture review meetings by capturing decisions, actions, and outcomes, and ensuring that information is accurately updated.
• Analyze information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings clearly and accurately.
• Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while managing sensitive information responsibly.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Digital Business or an Information Management related degree.

The start date for this position is September 6, 2027, and it is a permanent contract.
