What You’ll Do

  • Product Discovery and Prioritization: Collaborate with Product Managers to identify user challenges, discover opportunities, and assess potential product enhancements to prioritize initiatives and guide roadmap decisions.
  • Product Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact of product features and initiatives by establishing relevant success metrics and evaluating product performance.
  • Reporting and Insight Generation: Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that offer insights into product performance and user engagement for stakeholders in both product and business sectors.
  • Data Structuring and Tracking: Work with engineering teams to assist in database design decisions that facilitate effective measurement of product performance.
  • Prototyping and Modelling: Develop prototypes and models to test concepts and assess opportunities prior to committing to the product roadmap.

Who You Are

  • Recent graduate with at least a 2:1 degree from a reputable university and a track record of successful internships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in data-intensive environments, utilizing technical skills to solve problems.
  • Ability to decompose complex issues into clear frameworks, metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex technical analyses in an understandable way to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and resourceful, taking ownership of challenges and seeking improvement opportunities in fast-paced settings with incomplete information.
  • Focus on outcomes, consistently looking for ways to enhance the value delivered by products and teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to achieve significant results.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required, with experience in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hex, AppScript) considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Javascript is advantageous.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a quantitative assessment as part of the application process.
