Role Overview

As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in connecting design and production processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. You will work on various programs, contributing to the development of manufacturing capabilities and supporting the introduction of new products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support aircraft manufacturing and assembly by developing and improving production processes, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory, airworthiness, safety, and quality requirements in all activities.
• Investigate manufacturing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver manufacturable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean principles to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Support the development and validation of tooling, equipment, and production methods, while analyzing performance data and reporting improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in relevant fields such as Manufacturing Systems, Technology Engineering Management, Manufacturing Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
