TTP is an employee-owned technology and product development consultancy with a rich history of over 40 years, dedicated to assisting ambitious clients in overcoming complex challenges and launching innovative, commercially successful solutions. Our expertise spans various industries, including health tech, life sciences, energy, and communications, where we operate at the intersection of engineering, physical science, and biology.
As a Graduate Consultant specializing in Cyber and AI, you will leverage your engineering skills to support multi-disciplinary teams in the creation of new products and technologies. Your role will involve a combination of technical contributions and commercial insight to propel projects forward. You will engage in all facets of technology and product development, from initial invention and analysis to prototype design and manufacturing transfer. The variety of projects you will encounter will allow you to make significant contributions across diverse applications, such as developing advanced drug delivery systems, enhancing drug discovery through AI, or creating next-generation 5G antennas.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will grow as a consultant by fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. This includes understanding the markets we operate in, directly interacting with clients to present your insights, and ensuring their needs are comprehensively addressed. As you gain experience, opportunities will arise for you to lead projects, build teams, and cultivate client relationships. You will also represent TTP at various conferences, both domestically and internationally, to expand our network and engage potential clients.
We believe that growth flourishes in a collaborative environment where knowledge is freely shared and curiosity is encouraged. Therefore, all staff are required to work onsite five days a week. You will receive mentorship and guidance as needed while also having the autonomy to explore your interests and shape your professional development. Early contributions and ownership of your work are highly encouraged, as is collaboration across disciplines to achieve impactful results.
To qualify for this role, you should possess a deep intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand fundamental principles. You must be on track for at least a 2:1 degree in AI/ML, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, complemented by strong A-Levels or equivalent qualifications. A commercially aware and entrepreneurial spirit is essential, along with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. You should be capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders while clearly communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity are also critical.
This position is set to commence in September 2027. We are looking for candidates eager to make a significant impact in both commercial and technical aspects of the industryâthose who not only solve problems but actively seek them out and uplift those around them in the process.
TTP operates from an award-winning campus located in a green environment just south of Cambridge, offering a generous benefits package that includes an annual profit-related bonus, virtual shares, a 10% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, free onsite lunch, life insurance, 25 days of annual leave, enhanced parental leave, electric car leasing, cycle-to-work schemes, and comprehensive relocation support if applicable.
