As a Manager within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice at Capgemini Invent, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Finance Transformation Consulting while also engaging with the broader Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio. Your role will involve leading strategic transformation projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions tailored to client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large and complex finance transformation projects, collaborating with team members and clients to identify and define business challenges and potential solutions.
- Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations based on robust evidence to withstand client scrutiny.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor at all levels.
- Provide leadership for assigned offerings, including the creation and evolution of playbooks and toolkits to foster innovation and enhance market position.
- Coach and develop team members, managing their performance as part of project delivery.
- Support the growth of the Finance & Enterprise Value practice through engaging leadership and recruitment efforts.
- Commercialize and expand assigned solutions and offerings to meet business objectives, achieving sales targets of £0.5 million.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated consulting and leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and leading teams to successful project delivery.
- Experience in performance improvement techniques and the finance value chain, with project leadership in at least two core processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, or Treasury.
- Familiarity with multiple target industries, including Public Sector, Energy Transition & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences, or Technology, Media, Telecoms & Services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients to define business challenges and develop solutions, using a fact-based approach to drive insights.
- Extensive experience in hybrid delivery of complex improvement or transformation projects, particularly with finance teams in large, international organizations.
- Proven ability to sell additional resources and shape winning deals, with experience in developing strategic accounts within an industry sector.
- Experience in leading the commercialization and growth of assigned solutions or offerings, with a history of meeting formal sales targets.
- Strong people management skills, with a track record of supporting high-performing teams and fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
- Must be a fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a solid technical foundation and the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions.
- Desirable: Experience in developing solutions that effectively utilize Artificial Intelligence.
