DOMAIN CONSULTANT L2 Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Consultant L2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end projects, particularly within the payments sector. This role requires a strong understanding of ISO 20022 payment architecture and the ability to lead large-scale projects while coordinating cross-functional teams.

As a Domain Consultant L2, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they align with established goals and timelines.
• Utilizing your expertise in ISO 20022 payment architecture to guide project execution.
• Managing large-scale projects and effectively coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to secure necessary buy-in at all levels.
• Developing comprehensive plans to optimize project delivery, manage scope, and mitigate risks.
• Continuously monitoring project execution to identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Analyzing reports to provide insights that support informed business decisions.
• Facilitating change adoption processes to ensure smooth implementation and long-term benefits.

To qualify for this position, you should have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, particularly in delivering complex projects.
• Proven expertise in managing financial aspects of projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in managing multiple application teams.
• Experience in leading steering committee meetings effectively.
