In the role of Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal part in transforming complex operational activities into intuitive technological solutions. This position involves overseeing the product management process from start to finish, particularly in the area of Ethics & Compliance. You will be responsible for translating the company’s vision and strategy into actionable execution, delivering an AI-powered product roadmap, and collaborating with a globally diverse team that includes product marketing, engineering, and UX/design to create impactful solutions based on real customer insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a product strategy to unify six related products into a single, interoperable AI-driven Ethics offering over the next year.
• Translating customer needs and market insights into clear product directions and priorities.
• Setting and managing the product roadmap, leveraging market intelligence to define, scope, and sequence offerings, while iterating based on market feedback.
• Partnering closely with engineering and UX/product design teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Leading and developing a team of experienced product managers.
• Driving product discovery, defining requirements, and managing backlogs across multiple teams.
• Tracking product performance metrics such as usage, adoption, and outcomes, and continuously improving the product portfolio.

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

• Experience in building, launching, and iterating B2B Enterprise SaaS products, including AI assistants and agents.
• A commercially minded approach, evaluating product success in terms of revenue and utility.
• Experience managing a product portfolio.
• A background in startup, scale-up, and corporate environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product design teams in agile development settings.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.

While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to have:

• Domain knowledge in risk, compliance, due diligence, or related regulated industries.
• Familiarity with global regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems.
• Experience with platform integrations, APIs, or ecosystem-based products.
• A track record of building and launching new products or evolving existing ones.
• Experience in integrating individual products while balancing existing customer needs with new customer acquisition.
