In the role of Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal part in transforming complex operational activities into innovative technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the future of Ethics & Compliance by managing the product lifecycle from start to finish. You will translate the overarching vision and strategy into actionable plans, delivering a cutting-edge AI-powered product roadmap. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with a talented, globally distributed team that includes product marketing, engineering, and UX/design to convert real customer insights into scalable, impactful solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a product strategy to integrate six related products into a cohesive AI-driven Ethics offering over the next year.
• Translating customer needs and market insights into a clear product direction and priorities.
• Setting and managing the product roadmap, leveraging market intelligence to define, scope, and sequence offerings, while iterating based on market feedback.
• Partnering with engineering and UX/product design teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Leading and mentoring a team of experienced product managers.
• Driving product discovery, defining requirements, and managing backlogs across multiple teams.
• Tracking performance metrics such as usage, adoption, and outcomes, and continuously improving the product portfolio.

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in building, launching, and iterating B2B Enterprise SaaS products, including AI assistants and agents.
• A commercially minded approach, evaluating product success in terms of both revenue and utility.
• Proven ownership of a product portfolio.
• Experience in startup, scale-up, and corporate environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product design teams in agile development settings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.

While not mandatory, the following additional skills and experiences would be advantageous:

• Domain knowledge in risk, compliance, due diligence, or related regulated industries.
• Familiarity with global regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems.
• Experience with platform integrations, APIs, or ecosystem-based products.
• Experience in launching new products or evolving immature products.
• Experience in integrating individual products while balancing existing customer needs with new customer acquisition.
