Business Analyst Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a Guidewire certification and a decade of experience in IT consulting and insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Guidewire, particularly within the London Market Insurance sector.

Your Role

• Lead requirement gathering and facilitate business analysis and solution workshops with business stakeholders.
• Drive the design of solutions, including functional architecture, release planning, scoping, and backlog management.
• Manage the end-to-end product delivery process, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and securing business sign-offs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams in Agile delivery environments.
• Act as the functional SME for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Your Skills

• Guidewire Certification is preferred.
• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Deep understanding of London Market Insurance, including Specialty and Commercial Lines, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing processes.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodologies, requirements management, and release planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

This position is hybrid, requiring a blend of working from company offices, client sites, and home, with the understanding that full-time remote work is not an option. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
