The Bright Sparks Work Experience Programme at Burges Salmon offers an exciting opportunity for students in Years 10, 11, or 12 to gain firsthand experience in a law firm. This program is designed for those curious about the legal profession and looking to develop essential workplace skills.

During the week-long program, which takes place from July 5-9 or July 12-16, 2027, participants will engage in various activities aimed at building confidence and enhancing skills such as CV writing, interview preparation, communication, and teamwork. Students will have the chance to collaborate with their peers on team challenges, participate in interactive workshops, and learn about the diverse career paths available within the firm.

Throughout the week, students will explore different roles in the firm, including those in legal teams, finance, marketing, IT, human resources, learning and development, corporate responsibility, project management, and client support. This experience is invaluable for anyone interested in law or those simply exploring their career options.
