We are currently seeking an Asset Management Framework Specialist to join our team in Coventry. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our Asset Management Framework (AMF) and its associated documentation, ensuring it is accurate, accessible, and effective across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and leading internal audits to ensure compliance with asset management standards and ISO55001, while also supporting external certification activities.
- Developing and managing the AMF performance framework, including tracking data, reporting, and providing insights to enhance the AMF’s effectiveness.
- Creating and delivering internal communications to boost awareness and understanding of the AMF throughout the organization.
- Improving the accessibility and usability of key AMF documentation, offering guidance and support on framework processes and ISO55001 requirements.
- Tracking and reporting on continuous improvement activities across the business, supporting asset management maturity assessments and ongoing improvement plans.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong foundation in asset management principles and management systems, ideally with experience in a certified environment.
- Hands-on experience with auditing and assurance activities.
- A solid understanding of risk and project management.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with ISO55001 and ISO31000 is advantageous.
- An understanding of the water or wastewater sector is beneficial.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- The capability to simplify complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
- A degree in an engineering or science discipline is essential.
- A full UK driving license is required.
