Training Program

Responsibilities
- Assist with reporting and analytics tasks to support the investment management team.
- Address inquiries from sales teams regarding various processes.
- Ensure compliance with governance around sales practices.
- Develop new processes and reports that enhance business operations.
- Manage the registration site and agenda for events.
- Maintain status updates on registrations for various initiatives.
- Coordinate the delivery of presentations in collaboration with investment teams and oversee the setup and production of webcasts.
- Support channel marketing efforts, including organizing events, webinars, and coordinating campaigns.
- Gather and analyze feedback and analytics related to marketing initiatives.
- Schedule preparation calls and coordinate logistics for speakers.
- Package content for various marketing channels.
- Engage in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Candidates must have graduated from university or be able to take a leave of absence to commit to a full-time internship for six months.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- A strong academic background is necessary, along with fluency in English and the local language of the position.
