As a Rapid Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze large volumes of information and create concise, insightful briefings that help clients navigate their media landscape. You will work remotely from the UK while collaborating with the Rapid Intelligence team based in France.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze extensive volumes of information and produce concise, insightful briefings to assist clients in understanding their media landscape.
• Collaborate with the Rapid Intelligence team in France while working remotely from the UK.
• Monitor media coverage and client monitoring services to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Create multimedia briefings by categorizing media coverage and selecting key information to highlight important developments or sensitive topics.
• Respond to client queries and provide guidance as needed to support a portfolio of clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to address issues and enhance service delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Fluency in French and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, methodical, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable with digital tools and technology.
• Previous experience in client relations, media monitoring, research, or communications is advantageous.

Working Hours

This role follows French working hours while being based in the UK. The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, with the exact hours agreed upon during the recruitment process. Available shift options include:

• 3:30 am – 11:30 am UK time
• 4:00 am – 12:00 pm UK time
• 4:30 am – 12:30 pm UK time
• 5:00 am – 1:00 pm UK time
