As an AI and Digital Trust Director at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic client engagements that enhance trust in AI, cyber, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise will guide senior stakeholders in shaping market-leading propositions and achieving practical, measurable outcomes in complex and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior client engagements focused on AI assurance, digital trust, cyber resilience, OT security, data protection, and responsible technology.
- Shape AI and Digital Trust strategies that align with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Develop and scale market-facing offers in areas such as AI governance, responsible AI, and cloud security.
- Oversee complex transformation programs involving AI governance, cyber risk, identity, privacy, and resilience.
- Lead proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and drive consulting revenue generation.
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative work culture.
- Collaborate with partners like Microsoft and cloud providers to create integrated solutions.
Your Profile
- Deep expertise in AI and Digital Trust, with experience in cyber strategy, cloud security, and privacy.
- Experience in leading business transformation and complex consulting delivery in regulated environments.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Proven experience in generating consulting revenue, with expectations of approximately £2 million.
- A consulting background from a major firm or significant industry role.
- Desirable certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, and relevant cloud security credentials.
