As an AIP Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Google AI Pro/Plus paid users across the region. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting local marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of Google AI Pro/Plus paid users in the EMEA region, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Support local partnership co-marketing efforts by providing necessary templates and toolkits, assisting local teams in executing integrated marketing plans.
- Act as a liaison for Global Marketing teams, representing EMEA interests and helping to shape global marketing initiatives while highlighting growth opportunities in the region.
- Adapt and implement globally led marketing programs for EMEA markets, including Direct Response initiatives and global partner toolkits.
- Create and lead comprehensive regional marketing programs, focusing on brand engagement and mid-funnel activities.
- Establish a testing and learning platform to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Utilize AI workflows and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of marketing experience across various fields such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social media.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioral marketing data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and a solid understanding of Google’s products and the technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including setting objectives, managing budgets, and analyzing performance.
- Experience in market prioritization and investment allocation.
- Knowledge of both owned and external digital media channels, as well as first-party data and privacy regulations.
- Strong capability to manage complex programs involving a variety of global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Ability to influence global product and marketing strategies while effectively supporting local market partners.
