In the role of AI GTM Practice Lead for Google Cloud, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating the application of regional AI strategies across multiple stakeholder teams. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with both the Global Practice Lead and Regional GTM Practice Leader to refine strategies based on performance insights.
Your responsibilities will include fostering measurable engagement with GTM initiatives, monitoring adoption rates, and tracking progress towards financial goals. You will analyze critical success metrics and KPIs, providing valuable insights to regional sales leaders while aligning with global practice leads for necessary adjustments. Additionally, you will conduct regular business reviews to report on the progress of GTM initiatives, ensuring a continuous feedback loop is maintained.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 15 years in consulting focused on business transformation and technology strategy or in a customer-facing capacity. Experience in delivering cloud adoption or digital innovation programs for enterprise companies is essential, as is the willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications include experience in managing teams through sales processes, operations, and career development, as well as the ability to analyze data for insights. Familiarity with developing cloud business cases and TCO analyses that align technology costs with business value metrics is also advantageous. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies in the cloud and IT space are highly valued.
