Your Role

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop AI agents that automate, augment, and optimize business processes across various domains.
• Build and enhance Generative AI applications utilizing prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, knowledge retrieval, and emerging agentic AI frameworks.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and designing agent-driven experiences.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Contribute throughout the AI solution lifecycle, including design, development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design evaluation frameworks and apply responsible AI principles to enhance quality, reliability, accuracy, safety, governance, and business impact.

Your Team

You will be part of the Chief AI Office (CAIO), which is responsible for driving the organization’s enterprise-wide AI transformation. Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, solution architects, product managers, and business experts in a supportive environment. Through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on delivery, you will tackle real-world AI challenges and contribute to impactful projects.

Your Expertise

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are graduating between September 2025 and September 2027.
• Have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
• Are proficient in Python and familiar with modern development practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Understand the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, MCP, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Have experience building AI or machine learning applications through academic projects, hackathons, research, or other practical work.
• Can analyze processes, break down complex problems, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Can evaluate trade-offs among usability, performance, scalability, governance, and implementation complexity.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Can demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Your Program

The Graduate Talent Program lasts 24 months and is designed to equip you with the skills necessary for career advancement. It begins with an introduction to the firm, professional and technical training, and core skills development related to the Chief AI Office. You will also have opportunities to learn from colleagues and participate in rotations to broaden your experience.
