This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Bloomberg’s Analytics and Sales program, where you will develop a deep understanding of our products and the financial markets. You will begin with an extensive training program that covers all aspects of the financial industry, including market principles and asset classes, while learning about Bloomberg’s functionalities and analytical tools.

As part of the Analytics team, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients worldwide, addressing their inquiries through our Helpdesk and ‘Instant Bloomberg’ chat system. Your role will involve educating clients on risk management solutions and assisting traders in utilizing Bloomberg’s features to enhance their market strategies. You will also collaborate with the Sales team to implement strategic initiatives and onboard new clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your career within the Analytics department or transition into Sales, where you will manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include multitasking to resolve client inquiries, proactively identifying sustainable workflow solutions, and continuously developing your knowledge through specialized training.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in both Japanese and English, possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, and demonstrate a strong interest in financial markets. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Flexibility to travel within the EMEA region and work occasional weekends or bank holidays is also required.
