You will undergo extensive training to understand Bloomberg’s products and the needs of clients, followed by hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in a thorough training program to learn about Bloomberg products and financial market principles.
  • Deliver 24/7 support to users of Bloomberg Professional Service, responding to a high volume of queries in various languages.
  • Educate clients on risk management solutions and assist traders in leveraging Bloomberg functionalities.
  • Ensure clients maximize their use of Bloomberg services through training and proactive support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate product roll-outs and onboarding processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and workflows.
  • Advance within the Analytics department or transition to Sales, with pathways to specialized or leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve client inquiries effectively.
  • Interest in financial markets and a commitment to a career in financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
