SQL Server Error Msg 27016 – Cannot connect to Error Tolerant Index.  Bad or missing SqlCommand object.

SQL Server Error Msg 8166 – Constraint name ‘%.*ls’ not permitted. Constraint names cannot begin with a number sign (#).
