SQL Server Error Msg 2396 – %sAttribute may not appear outside of an element

SQL Server Error Msg 47016 – Reason: FedAuth AzureActiveDirectoryService Initialization failed when opening Certificate Store.

SQL Server Error Msg 10904 – Resource governor configuration failed. There are active sessions in workload groups being dropped or moved to different resource pools. Disconnect all active sessions in the affected workload groups and try again.

This is because the compatibility level of the publication is lower than 90RTM. For new publications, in the stored procedure sp_addmergepublication, set the @publication_compatibility_level parameter to 90RTM; for existing publications, use sp_changemergepublication.
