SQL Server Error Msg 3462 – Redo observed a higher LSN on the PFS page %S_PGID for transaction ID %S_XID, database ‘%.*ls’ (database ID %d). Redo LSN: %S_LSN, Page: LSN = %S_LSN, PrevPageLSN: %S_LSN. This can happen in the presence of concurrent PFS updates. No user action is required.

SQL Server Error Msg 40545 – The service is experiencing a problem that is currently under investigation. Incident ID: %ls. Code: %d
