Reason for this Error
When the wait_for_commit database option is set to on, the LOAD TABLE statement is not supported in the BEGIN PARALLEL WORK…END PARALLEL WORK statement. Set the wait_for_commit database option to off, or drop the foreign keys of the target tables and recreate them after the loading the table.
