Reason for this Error

The named login policy references the LDAP server. The login policy must be changed to avoid referencing the LDAP server before the LDAP server can be dropped. Otherwise, use DROP LDAP SERVER <server name> WITH DROP ALL REFERENCES to remove any references in login policies to the LDAP server.
