Reason for this Error

While executing ALTER DBSPACE ADD EXISTING FILE to a DAS dbspace, the copy of any existing data data in the primary FILE to the secondary (mirror) file failed because of an I/O error or an RPC (network) failure. The ALTER statement will rollback.
