SQL Server Error Msg 41196 – Failed to create availability group ‘%.*ls’, because a Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC) group with the specified name already exists.  An attempt to rollback the operation failed.  Check the SQL Server error log for more details.  To manually clean up the partially created availability group, run the DROP AVAILABILITY GROUP command.  Reenter your CREATE AVAILABILITY GROUP command specifying a unique availability group name.
