    Failed to switch resource group. Could not acquire
    resource groups global lock.

    Reason for the Error

    ER_RES_GRP_SWITCH_FAILED_COULD_NOT_ACQUIRE_GLOBAL_LOCK
    was added in 8.0.30, removed after 8.0.31.
