redo log is corrupted. Please use an older version of MySQL –
recover and shutdown (with innodb-fast-shutdown < 2).

Reason for the Error

ER_IB_MSG_LOG_UPGRADE_CORRUPTION__UNEXPECTED
was added in 8.0.30.
