MySQL Error Message

recovery to perform pending ibuf merges. Please retry starting
MySQL with –innodb-force-recovery=4.
Reason for the Error
ER_IB_MSG_RECOVERY_NO_SPACE_IN_REDO_LOG__SKIP_IBUF_MERGES
was added in 8.0.26.
